Mix all ingredients. Marinade 1-2 pounds chicken for 4-6 hours, then grill.
This quick, easy marinade is delicious on chicken or pork. It’s my go-to marinade, as the ingredients are usually in my pantry. Zach, Libby and even their friends request this recipe. The longer you let it marinade, the more intense the flavor. I usually allow four hours of marinading or even overnight. You can also prepare the marinade and add it to chicken in a Ziploc bag, then freeze to have a quick meal on a busy night. Thaw and grill as normal.
